Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing  systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes  presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives - Contributes to process improvements - Typically resolves problems using existing solutions - Provides informal guidance to junior staff - Works with minimal guidance - Requires in-depth knowledge and  experience - Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions - Works independently; receives minimal guidance - Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience - Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years  or even until retirement Undergraduate/BA/BS degree in applicable discipline and 3-5 Yrs of related experience.
