Job Functions
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify training requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop comprehensive SAP training programs.
• Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for all employees
• Assess training effectiveness based on feedback and performance matrices.
• implement improvements based on feedback from clients’ employees.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees’ post-training.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP best practices within the training space
• Develop Role based vs training course matrices.
• Statistical Analysis of training activities
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Education, Bnusiness Administration
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an SAP Trainer or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules such as SD-MM-FICO-PP-EAM
• Knowledge of basic business processes; P2P, OTC, RTR, HTR, etc….
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in creating training materials and documentation
• The ability to submit a weekly status report along with training statistics to upper management
Job Functions
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4 systems.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain compliance and performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, utilizing SAP tools and methodologies.
• Contribute to the management of user authorizations and roles within the SAP environment.
• Document processes and procedures to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and enhance system functionality.
• The ability to converse and provide status reports with upper management.
• Mostly remote, but must be willing to travel upon client’s request with prior notice.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6 plus years of S/4 Basis Experience
• Full understanding of SAP Basis administration and architecture
• Familiarity with various operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with integrating all network devices, such as printers
• Familiarity with Premise and Cloud technologies.
• High visibility position. A fluent English speaker and writer is a must.
